  1. Romanian authority for a project of national interest regarding civil works designed to minimize the flood risk in the Prut-Barlad rivers hydrographical basin.
  2. Romanian national company for the expropriation procedures of several thousand plots of land needed for the construction of highways.
  3. Major international oil company for the development of a national project for the extension of the distribution network and storage of fuels, including : general legal coordination of project development,; analysis of legal status of properties involved as well as drafting of sale purchase agreements, joint venture partnerships, rental and concession agreements related to the same; advisory services for the negotiation of contractual clauses; assistance in acquiring licenses and approvals required for the project development; legal supervision of real estate advertisement.
