Alina Lefter is one of the founders and the managing partner of “Dragomir, Lefter, Niță & Asociaţii” Law Firm.

From the beginnings, Alina cultivated a culture of excellence, professionalism, and client-centric service within our law firm.

Alina is widely respected for her extensive legal expertise and analytical thinking, displaying an impressive track record of over three decades in the field of law. With a wide expertise both in litigation and consultancy, Alina’s track record of successful cases, high-profile transactions and contented clients speak to her unparalleled legal prowess as a tenacious advocate in the courtroom and a skilled negotiator outside it.

Alina has a vast expertise in court and arbitration, in litigations regarding public procurement, administrative disputes, commercial and civil disputes, real estate, construction, and urban planning andalso, manages complex cases in the field of environment, energy & natural resources.  

Furthermore, Alina is specialized in corporate, mergers & acquisitions, risk assessment and management as well as agribusiness, advising national and international companies in complex legal issues, such as transactions, business transfers, risk mitigation.

As a managing partner, Alina actively contributes to the firm’s growth, client development, and overall strategic direction and she mentors and guides the firm’s younger attorneys, passing on her knowledge and experience to the next generation of legal professionals.

In 2014, Alina was awarded with the Prize for Excellence in Developing the Legal Profession for the Category PPP/ Public Procurement/ Infrastructure at the “Lady Lawyer” Gala.

Alina is the exclusive member for Litigation in Romania of the Lawyer Network.
